1 Introduction

1.1 Purpose of Report

With the learning of people and organization, theories are to be applied to practical case analysis. This report is to make reviews on the preceding learning and discussions on three topics: self-efficacy, organizational culture, and workforce reduction strategies. The learning of each topic is developed in different aspects with ordered sections. In addition, this report is to help the student realize the strengths and weaknesses of their writing and reasoning, expecting to help them improve writing skills.
